01 – Finding the Right Position at CODICO

Yes, absolutely. We welcome speculative applications and are happy to add interesting and qualified candidates to our talent pool. We will get back to you within 7 to 10 days.
Yes. We offer apprenticeships and training positions in warehouse and logistics. Depending on the position, career changers also have the opportunity to join us. In addition to education and professional experience, we value other important skills and knowledge.
02 – Applying
You can apply directly through our website on the Open Vacancies page, where you can also upload your application documents.
We require your current CV. Ideally, you should also upload references or employment certificates from previous employers, as well as relevant apprenticeship, school, or university certificates, depending on your educational background.
Once we have received your application, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. Our HR team will then review your application documents.
Our HR team will generally get in touch with you within 7 to 10 days.
We naturally comply with all applicable data protection requirements and handle your application data in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.
03 – Getting to Know Each Other
During the interview, we want to get to know you personally. We will talk about your career so far, your qualifications and experience, while also finding out whether you are a good fit for our team and CODICO. At the same time, we want to give you an insight into CODICO as an employer.
The first interview is generally with members of our HR team. As the process progresses, you will also meet the relevant department managers and, in many cases, members of our management team.
Whenever possible, interviews for positions based at our headquarters take place in person in Perchtoldsdorf. For candidates who will be working for us abroad, the initial interviews are generally held online. For the final round, however, we would also like to meet you in person in Perchtoldsdorf.
We look forward to getting an authentic and structured insight into your background. Be prepared to tell us about your education, previous professional experience, career path, qualifications, and skills. This helps us get a good impression of you and your journey so far.
04 – Decision & Contract
Throughout the interview process and until the final decision, our HR team stays in close contact with you and keeps you informed about the next steps.
We will inform you personally about our decision, whether you are offered the position or not.
Once we have agreed on the terms, we will send you your employment contract. You will have the opportunity to review it carefully. If you have any questions, you can contact our HR team at any time. You can then return the signed contract to us. Signing the contract digitally in advance is also possible.
Yes, absolutely. Our positions differ in terms of the qualifications and experience required. Being unsuccessful for one particular position therefore does not mean that another role might not be a great fit for you. We are therefore happy to receive another application from you, even after a previous rejection.
05 – My First Day
We will provide you with all the information about the location and start time of your first day well in advance. Your manager will welcome you and guide you through your first day. You will meet your team, your mentor, colleagues from other departments, and get to know important processes and systems.
Our dress code is business casual.
Our onboarding process is clearly structured. Your manager and various colleagues will support you and guide you through your new responsibilities step by step. The exact setup varies depending on the team and position.
