Using optical sensing technology, the WL10 operates without an external amplifier or shielding plate and immediately provides a clear switching signal when a leak is detected, enabling fast system response.

With a housing diameter of just 25mm and a height of only 10mm, the WL10 is ideal for installations with limited space and compact equipment. The sensor operates from a supply voltage of 12 to 24VDC (±10%) while drawing a maximum current of only 10mA. To support different control concepts, the series is available with either an NPN or PNP open-collector output.
Immediate Detection with Clear Status Indication
During normal operation, the switching output remains active and a green LED confirms correct operation. If a liquid leak is detected, the output is deactivated and a red LED immediately indicates the alarm condition. This provides both the control system and service personnel with a clear and reliable status indication.
Robust Versions for Different Liquids
The WL10 Series is available with a PP housing for water detection and a PFA housing for corrosive liquids that are compatible with PFA. The sensor is designed for operating temperatures from -10 to +60°C and humidity levels between 35% and 85%RH (non-condensing). With IP67 protection, RoHS compliance, UL Recognition, and CE/UKCA certification, the WL10 is well suited for demanding industrial environments.
